1.1 Data Controller

2.1 Scope of Services

WebCraftNexa provides commercial web engineering, design, hosting, and digital advisory services as defined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the client and WebCraftNexa, 120 52 Borensvägen 34 Årsta, Sweden.

2.2 Intellectual Property

Upon complete settlement of all agreed commercial invoices, WebCraftNexa assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in client-specific deliverables, source code, design tokens, and digital assets directly to the client. Pre-existing framework components remain the property of WebCraftNexa.

2.3 Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise specified in the SOW. Late payments incur a statutory interest rate of 8% per annum in accordance with Swedish commercial law. WebCraftNexa reserves the right to suspend deliverables for overdue accounts.

2.4 Project Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines provided in proposals are indicative. WebCraftNexa shall communicate any material delays promptly and work to minimize impact. Client-caused delays (late feedback, content provision) may extend delivery proportionally.

2.5 Limitation of Liability

WebCraftNexa's total aggregate liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. WebCraftNexa shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

2.6 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Stockholm District Court unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.1 What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They help websites remember your preferences and understand how you interact with the site.

4.2 Pre-Development Cancellation

If a project is cancelled before development work has commenced (within 3 business days of SOW execution), WebCraftNexa will issue a full refund of any advance payments received within 14 business days.

4.3 Mid-Project Cancellation

If a project is cancelled after development has commenced, the client is liable for payment of all work completed up to the date of cancellation, calculated as a proportion of the total project scope. A detailed work-completion report will be provided.

4.4 Post-Delivery Disputes

If delivered work materially deviates from the agreed SOW specifications, the client must notify WebCraftNexa within 14 days of delivery. WebCraftNexa will remediate identified discrepancies at no additional cost within a reasonable timeframe.

4.5 Hosting & Retainer Refunds

Monthly hosting and maintenance retainer fees are non-refundable once the service period has commenced. Clients may terminate recurring services with 30 days' written notice, effective at the end of the current billing period.

4.6 Refund Process
